Wkts Terms & Conditions – what you need to know before using the platform

1General Information & Applicability

These terms and conditions govern your relationship with the wkts platform (https://wkts.ws). "wkts", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating this platform. "Member", "you", and "your" refer to any registered or unregistered user.

2Account Rules

• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded
• Bets placed to exploit incorrectly displayed odds will be voided
• Wkts is not liable for any losses resulting from internet latency during live betting
• Maximum bet limits are set based on the market and the significance of the match

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wkts. Violations will result in immediate action:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Using any software, bot, or automated system to place bets
• Participating in match-fixing or any other form of fraudulent betting activity
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity
• Attempting to bypass or circumvent the platform's security measures

7Account Suspension & Closure

Wkts reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• For violations of the Terms & Conditions
• If KYC verification has not been completed or false information has been provided
• If suspicious transactions or unusual betting patterns are detected
• Upon receipt of a legal order or directive from a regulatory authority
• Extended period of inactivity (typically more than 12 months)

If an account is permanently closed — provided no rules have been violated — any valid balance will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to fraud, the balance may be forfeited.
